St John's is an Anglican Church part of the Diocese of Leeds. It is located in Ben Rhydding at the foot of the beautiful Ilkley Moor.We are a family friendly church centred in our local community. At the annual meeting in April 2016 we had 150 adults on the electoral roll with a good number of children. We offer everyone a very warm welcome to our services.
Welcome to St John's Ben Rhydding
We have a very well used Church Hall which hosts a wide range of events for our community including dance, music, arts, childrens groups and U3A events. We also run Messy Church on a regular basis with the next Messy Church being a fun time at Ben Rhydding Community Fete on Saturday 18th June from 2pm to 4pm.We are currently in the process of renewing our church roof. It is over 100 years old and the oak pegs holding the slates are failing. This is a major project costing around £150,000 and we would welcome donations to help us in this project.
